Overheard two members of staff saying how the customers in the store “had no life” because they were shopping at the white rose on a Saturday and how they’d “never waste their life” coming into the stores. Clothes are nice though.

Very bad service, we asked the price of the item before trying it, then at the till we were told a different price,despite that they admitted it was their fault, but didn't want to do any discount in order to maintain their credibility. Not happy with this service at all. Will not use this shop again.

I ordered 2 pairs of trousers. Advised 3 to 7 working days to be delivered to store. After 9 days I rang customer services to ask where they were as I had been charged. The man who took my call said he would call the store and ring me back. He didn't. I rang again and spoke to a lady who said they were waiting to be collected in store and apologised that I hadn't been sent an email to advise of arrival. They had been scanned at the store and I had not been sent the email. Today I received an email saying because I hadn't collected them in a 10 day period they had been sent back to stock and my order had now been cancelled. I'm not surprised they are closing stores when they can't do the basics of advising customers to collect their order. Won't be shopping with them again. Very unhappy with service received.

Always liked this shop. Hope it stays open

Can have some nice pieces in. But sometimes stock is soooooo boring. Need to get more upto date sadly. I used to love DP

Used to love shopping in Dorothy Perkins Had forgotten how good the clothes were! Got some jeans that fitted perfectly.

My wife is sad that they have gone bust. I won't miss Burtons, its been so out of touch for a long while.

I went to Dps white rose for a top, I ended up with dresses jeans tops and a bikini. Thanks to the very helpful and friendly staff. I always look forward to shopping there, I can always have a nice chat with the staff.
