James Alexander Family Practice hull

This is one of the worst family practises. Never have available appointments on the day. Staff is not helpful at all. Looking forward to leave this practise ASAP

Disgusting. Told me I don't need to see a doctor and that a doctor would call me (which they didn't) despite the fact i have long known history of poor mental health! They don't take it seriously until you kill yourself or try to kill yourself. Appalling.

Rude staff.never see same doctor. Whoever u do see will spend more time out the room then in it with u.the doctors have to check with a other doctor so they even trained? Avoid! Old woman receptionist very discusting.

Nightmare getting an appointment

Used the practice for A sit down and wait appointment for one of my children. Very competent staff and most importantly, make my daughter feel save.

Nothing but praise for the staff and the drs / stand in drs here. This is not my Surgery but its my mum's Doctors. They all have been amazing with helping my mum. 100% dedication. Can't thank u all enough x

This drs surgery is absolutely shocking, you order your medication and yet still they don't sort it and allow patients to go cold turkey, also when you want your medication the receptionist seem to think they are the drs and decide if you need them and if they think you don't they refuse your prescription and then say its not their problem, how can they treat people like this is beyond me. Do not recommend anyone going to this surgery, if you want to stay alive or need your medication on time, I strongly recommend you choose a different surgery.

Amazing practice the best i have ever used 6 star !

Lovely, polite receptionist every time I come in this practice. Face to face and over the phone. Nothing is too much trouble. From what I gather they deal with a lot of grief and abuse which I've witnessed on TWO occasions. Both in the same week. I would take these negative comments with a pinch of salt.

Wouldn't even see a 2 year old after needing to see a doctor in person . Nor medication was provided. I would call this a family practice I will be looking else where. People avoid this practice
