Doctors are great.... the surgery as a whole is garbage. Everyone I talk to about this surgery say the same thing...... Ive had repeat prescriptions refused on many occasion. Even a doctor i visited at Springhead.... and told all of what I have put here, said no-one should be refusing you repeat prescriptions for life sustaining drugs and that I should complain.

Receptionist is rude to me while on the phone. They also talk about you in the background mocking me. I bring this up on the call and all they have to say is " oh no we are talking about another patient" I think rubbish I heard my name numerous times. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

The practice nurse refused to see me today claiming I was late for my appointment when I was physically on the premises for a good 15 minutes queuing to speak to the receptionist. I have never seen anything go down the pan so quickly as this practice. Offered another appointment in September which was then upgraded to 13th August, so angry I canned the whole thing, thank heavens I'm not seriously ill!! A formal letter of complaint is going in.

Shocking still trying to get through an hour later , like this every time. Then when you do get through you get spoken to like garbage by receptionists , they want to know everything and feel like they can give medical advice. They advised me to get cocodamol for pain relief after having an episiotomy, even though this is a strict no no when breastfeeding,I wasn’t allowed to see a doctor. Shocking

Unable to get an appointment. They offer a telephone appointment but the call goes straight to voicemail when they call then you receive a text saying they'll call one more time. The same happens again and you are not seen. Trying to book an appointment you won't even be placed on hold most of the time instead be told by automatic message that too many people are waiting. Someone will be seriously unwell or even die due to complications because of this approach. The GPs should hang their heads in shame because they are not fulfilling their oath. Using COVID as an excuse not to treat their patients. Shame on them

Modality!!!!! Update… had surgery this morning. I unfortunately have to book a redressing with a nurse. Telephoned at 10.55am. I choose a call back . This is when You get nearer to the front of the queue. It came in at 12:18. It wouldn’t allow me to rejoin the queue. 4 attempts and still not allowing me. Telephoned again 12:26pm twice. You listen to their recordings…then they disconnect you. How do big businesses like this… get away with operating in such a manner. No other business would survive on such poor customer feedback. On the telephone extra 35 mins o. Hold. Nothing. So tried call back system again. Call back system not working on iPhone. Another 6 attempts. Will not reconnect you to the queue. Now on hold again. Over 3 and half hours. They’re telephone call back system does not work…. No duty of care but they do add insult to injury and text you… to say you didn’t rejoin the queue. ***************************************** Modality has commented on my post 3 months later. Asking me to get in touch. That’s the issue. Yr 3 months late in asking.

If only I could give 0 star! Tried for days to get an appointment using the telephone service. Eventually got connected to an automated message saying was 25 in the queue at 8.00am! I pressed the option to have a call back which I got an hour and a half later. When I finally spoke to a 'care navigator' she asked me a load of questions and went away to speak with a doctor only to come back to me 2 minutes later to say the doctor would call me back at some point during the day.........5 hours later and still waiting for a call. Shocking service, it used to be a decent surgery but Modality have absolutely ruined it. Will be changing surgeries as soon as one becomes available!!!

Second time using the econsult service and second time not disappointed. Very easy to use, speedy reply and not left in the dark. Fully resolved the next day on both occasions. Much quicker than trying to call if not urgent.
