Rude and know understanding of mental health!! Phone service is not working correctly and your treated disgusting when all you want is an appointment to see a doctor you need to spend a week plus trying to ring at 8 or stand outside bare in mind its winter and if you dnt get to front of queue your sent home to try again next day!! But the receptionist are the worsed ive ever come across their are like the most insensitive staff ive come across in my life and stick together to make the reception even more poor!! Can't believe how a front service can make a doctors so bad AND they patients feel like NOBODIES YOU SHOULD CHANGE YOUR ATTITUDE its a doctors were ppl come for help and support regards health and wellbeing not to feel like you dnt care. Would give this 0 star cause their except know responsibility for anything and take know notice of complaints regards staff who fail to provide the service there trained to which is a caring and coroprative approach towards various situations in health!! How can a member of staff just totally dismiss a person who is distressed with obvious mental health!! Paula who works as a member of staff is very poor how she speaks and behaves in a medical place of work and if my family member was asking for help instead of been defensive why not help as not all your services are on display so as a member of caring staff lol advise the patiant of this and maybe HELP ppl instead of been ignorant and proberly enjoying been rude!! Also was told of staff stood been obvious about talking about other ppl like really how can staff agree with another person's disgusting attitude i suppose its clear why most are the same cause the power of your job is that poor you forgot you should really enjoy a job or dnt go!! if you work in a doctors its supposed to be about caring!! SERIOULY NEED TO SORT THIS OUT HAVE YOU REED THE OTHER REVIEWS BASICALLY ALL THE SAME!!

If there was a 0 score, I would give it. This medical centre is extremely disorganized and the staff have no idea what they are doing. You have to ask about 10 times in order for something to get done and they are very poorly conducting this center.

Stay away from this place. Total chaos, every other receptionist give you different, contradicting information. Doctors says that they will send you a referral and they don’t. When they get the results back they do nothing, won’t notify you or discuss the results properly with you. When you manage to get contact with the GP they will try to get rid of you as fast as they can. This is the lowest standard of medical help that I have ever experienced. I was struggling with them for 6 months and was always very disappointed.
