I been seen by several dentists and hygienists over the many years I have been a client at this practice and I have never had a negative experience. The level of service and knowledge is outstanding. My current dentist here is Alan Matthews who, too, impresses with his attention to detail and his kind, thoughtful and knowledgable approach. The assistants are always on great form also! Recommended by my regular dentist. Looking for an implant to fill a gap but jaw bone was very narrow at this point. Various options were clearly explained with their pro's and con's. Once I made a decision each stage in the process was detailed in writing with costs. All staff were very friendly and extremely patient when I found some procedures challenging. The premises and treatment rooms were pleasant with exceptional hygeine standards. Overall a highly professional practice

Fantastic dentist practice who can’t do enough to look after you. I went to see Neeraj and his team to have my amalgam fillings removed as I had read about how toxic they can be and how it could be contributing to my ME. My energy levels weren’t great when I went through the treatment, but Neeraj and his team were very attentive and constantly checked in with me to see how I was during and after the procedures. Neeraj even went out his way to phone me at home to see how I was after hearing I wasn’t great after one round of the procedure. My setback had nothing to do with procedure itself, it was merely adjustment period after having those toxic metals removed. The procedure itself felt very relaxed and was worlds apart from my previous experience with Dentists. Can’t recommend this dentist enough for all kinds of dental treatment that truly go above and beyond in terms of patient well being and excellence in customer service. Special mention must go to Lucy on reception and also the dental nurses who also carry on the theme of personable attention, just a wonderful place to go and experience.

For many years I have known about the negative health implications of having mercury in my dental fillings and have been looking for a mercury free dental practice. I was very nervous about the procedure of removing the fillings but I need not have worried. Neeraj and his lovely team put me at my ease and my nervousness turned to confidence with each appointment. I never felt rushed and was able to ask as many questions as I liked. The amount of care and skill has been outstanding. I now have beautiful white fillings which match my teeth perfectly and I now feel confident to be able to smile again. Thank you to everyone. Sue

A visit to see the hygienist Sophie today....Assisted by Laura. All round pleasant experience and very professional. Would recommend!

From arriving to leaving, the whole experience was great. It felt extremely safe with explanations of what each stage involves. Sophie was excellent at explaining what she was going to be doing and how to look after my teeth and gums as best as possible. The new equipment was so much more efficient and Sophie (and nurse Ally) talked me through what they were doing. The end result being that this was probably the best experience I've had at the dentist and I'm looking forward to going back. Thanks to the team. I have no hesitation in recommending.

I am from another country and dentist also has a different approach here. So, it was a trauma when I received the information about remove 1 teeth,. Even if it can be replaced. I went in 2 Implant dentist and Dr Neeraj was the one that made me more comfortable. He could explain everything in details. Was a perfect decision to make my treatment with him and his team. Was a big infection in my bone and he could treat and made an implant.

What a brilliant dental practice, all the staff are professional and friendly and I cannot praise my dentist Allan enough. I feel completely confident in his hands as he is kind, excellent at what he does and produces wonderful results. He has transformed my smile and that means a lot.
