I have to say that the other times I had been there the staff have been polite and well mannered in all the moment and the dentist who usually attend us is so kind, but yesterday due the behaviour of the receptionist I gone form there feeling so frustrated, and even, humiliated. I had an appointment at 15:30 but I arrived at 15:36, 6 minutes late. I know it was my fault, but I came from pick my son up in the school and I couldn't arrive early. I told to the receptionist that I had an appointment and she, without asking for my name which is what they usually do, started talking really fast and due to my limited English I didn't understand and I repeat to her several times if she could repeat it but it looked like she wasn't even listening to me. She hung up and we were waiting about 5 minutes wondering if I should call again or what to do when suddenly she talked to me again through the door bell asking if I had an appointment, which was the first I said to her the first time we spoke, and then, finally, she asked for my name. Moments later a woman, who I suppose was the dentist, came to open the door and said that I had arrived more than 10 minutes late, which wasn't truth, and due to that the appointment could not be made. I explained to her that I wasn't that late, I told her that I had been waiting there more than the time I was late but when she wanted to ask to the receptionist she started telling that so wasn't truth, she said that I had called one minute ago. I imagine that she didn't pass the information the first time we spoke but she did not only make us waiting but she even left me for a liar. It is evident that she took advantage of the fact that I don't speak English properly and I couldn't express myself at that moment how I would liked, I don't I think that she would had acted in such a manner if I spoke a properly English. That was a completely lack of respect, I can accept to missing my appointment because I was 6 minutes late but I can not accept that despite of makes us waiting deliberately she said that so was false and left me like a liar. I was so frustrated and felling humiliated. I think anyone should we treated in such a disrespect manner. You can check the cameras to see who was lying. I hope someone take this issue seriously and make that nobody would be treated like that again in your clinic. She knew in every moment that we were waiting outside since tour first speaking because she could saw us through the door's window and the second time she even spoke to us without us having knocked the door again.
