For years Jason Robinson has looked after our computers. He has been brilliant and resolved many problems at low prices. He was a thoroughly nice guy, I thought. My two laptops were infected by ransomeware. Since he closed his shop he has cleaned my one Dell laptop but had to send the other HP laptop to Sheffield for repair. He did say that it would take a long time because they were very busy. That was in December. I have phoned him many times over the past few months without response. It is very disappointing to say the least. Such a sad loss of faith in someone I thought so highly of.

On multiple occassions promised a home visit, which never happened. I was also told that my components would be sent away for specialist repair (as far as I'm aware they never did). I was delayed time and again when I called and text about making a scheduled stop at the store, It's been nearly 3 months and so far I've seen nothing and been told very little. Will be going elsewhere and hoping that there is no damage!

Super friendly guy who runs it. Really good quick service. Took my laptop to PC world and they failed to fix my laptop but brought it here and he fixed it no problem. Really cheap as well, only charged me £10 for labour which I thought was disgracefully low. Would recommend to anyone.
