Went to have a look as thinking of using it to store contents from my house whilst renting it out. Lady at reception was so polite, helpful and informative. She showed us around the facility and answered all our questions. The site was very clean, modern and secure. Have left a deposit as will be using them. 5/5 so far for first impressions and customer service/satisfaction (Layerthorpe Site, York).

They also have a good few locations around York which is ideal. 100% would use again and would recommend!
