Hooks Removals york

We have moved with Hooks at least four times now. They really do make the whole process so much easier. Communication really prompt and everyone there professional,efficient and good humoured. No hesitation in recommending them and have done!

Absolutely first class service. I could not have asked for better. The lads cleared out the storage unti for me, loaded what I wanted to keep onto my trailer and took the rest (the vast majority) away to be donated to charity shops or disposed off, as appropriate. Cheerful, friendly and happy to help. Highly recommended and I will definitely be using them again if the need arises. Mike Marchant

I would go nowhere near this company. They returned my mothers property damaged..items missing..a dinner service packed into a suitcase..weights from a grandmother clock packed with a stereo, the middle drawer from a sidebord missing. When I declined to used their 3 vans for transport to Ireland, and payed them half the storage fees upfront, they refused to release property until payed in full..knowing property damaged and missing. This after constant questiong about what I wanted to leave charity, and now will not answer emails. If you value your property stay well clear. Also not regulated by any removal associations.

Amazing professionals. They moved everything in time, smoothly and while I was outside of the country! No stress on my end, they took care of everything with great professionalism. I would absolutely recommend and use their service again!

The guys, Drew and Peter, made moving our heavy bits of furniture out of storage a breeze. Hooks removals did a house move for us this week. The two guys were great, very helpful and professional, worked really hard and quickly (in 28 degree heat!) whilst always being polite and friendly. They took loads of stress out of the day by their calm and helpful approach. Very good at getting furniture up stairs and round corners without leaving a single mark. I would definitely recommend them.

Was recommended by a friend and we booked Hooks removals for our house move. From start to finish they were absolutely brilliant. Communication when booking and reaching a moving date was excellent and always prompt when replying to emails. Even flexible on a last minute (the day before the move) change of timings. On the day of the move they were brilliant. Friendly guys who just got on with the job with no complaints at all! Could not fault them at all and certainly would recommend to anyone moving house!! Made moving day enjoyable rather than stressful!!
