I had Fat Freezing at Ice Body Sculpting about 3 months ago after being recommended by a friend. They are really good at what they do. I was sceptical that cryolipolysis would work for me, but I didn't really want to try liposuction because of the cost and the downtime, so I opted for this instead. From start to finish I've been impressed with Ice Body Sculpting's service and knowledge about cryogenic lipolysis, Cryo therapy etc. Their Cardiff clinic is lovely and private, the therapist was really kind and explained everything clearly. I'm not sure why but I was expecting the cryo lipo to hurt, but it didn't at all. I've had good results from my cryolipolysis treatment, and so has my best friend who visited in the same week. I'd recommend them.
