Taking it into consideration that these hard workers don’t speak fluent English they take good time to figure exactly what you want and in good time 🤠 every time I visit this salon I always leave happy. My nails always last way over 3 weeks, I take good care of my nails also. I am a nail tech and I personally wouldn’t go anywhere else to get my nails doing as I know exactly how they should be done and how I like them. Love coming to these guys ! Highly recommend ! 😀

I prebooked my appointment over the phone for a manicure and gel polish. When I arrived at the salon

1/ 5

I prebooked my appointment over the phone for a manicure and gel polish. When I arrived at the salon I said I was here for my appointment for a manicure and polish. I was asked to wash my hands and take a seat. I was asked if I wanted some of them cut down because some of them were quite long, I said yes. I was admiring the nails of the lady sat next to me and as I went to look back at my own nails I was horrified to see that my nails had been hacked off with the nail clippers and left with rough edges and he had pulled out a box of plastic tips. I immediately stopped him and asked him what he was doing and said this is not what I booked. The woman stood up and shouted at me saying it was my fault and said I should have said what I wantedl! She then argued with me I told her I should have been given what I booked and announced when I arrived what I was there for. You wouldn't take your car in for an mot and they do something else. If they didn't know what I came in for why would you do what you want and try to stick false nails on me! All of a sudden they didn't understand English. The staff were unbelievably rude and my nails are ruined. AVOID AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Paid for my partner to have her nails done for her to ring me no later than 10minutes later upset on

1/ 5

Paid for my partner to have her nails done for her to ring me no later than 10minutes later upset on the phone as the people doing the nails hadn't listened to a word she said despite ringing previously booking in manicure and polish. Whilst looking at another girls nails next to her, he hacked her nails really short and was about to proceed to stick fake nails on. Something she's never had done the whole time we have been together. I rushed back to the shop for no explanation just excuses, unprofessional behaviour like laughing. When I asked who the manager was, the woman replied saying she was the manager, the one making all kinds of excuses for the service being provided. Not only were her nails hacked short, they were jagged and the nails themself all scuffed up ready to glue fakes on. Can't believe how rude and unprofessional they all were at the salon. Would avoid like the plague, can't even understand what you want.

Preferred the previous owners. I had a £25 pedicure that lasted 30 minutes and it was just painfu

1/ 5

Preferred the previous owners. I had a £25 pedicure that lasted 30 minutes and it was just painful. I had normal polish (not gel) on my toes when I went in and they removed it with the electric file when nail varnish remover would have done it. My toes were actually bleeding around the nail where the cuticle was PULLED out and my skin was pulled. The exfoliation bar was excruciatingly painful, so hard. The massage chair and the cup of tea was the only bit that was enjoyable. Outcome...I still have dry skin on my feet and my toe nails aren't shaped nicely and I'm £25 down. I chose not to have nails painted as wanted to use my own. Same price painted or not.
