After 1hr 30mins waiting for our appointments, I finally had to leave, while my daughter had her nails done. The finish was good, but was overcharged £5. So ending paying £50 for arcylic, when the price list clearly states £45. I feel it may have something to do with they only expect cash and had no change to give. I will not be returning because of the above and also due to having to pay for parking for 4hrs in town and unable to get my nails done. The wait was down to them expecting walk ins when they clearly have appointments booked. My daughters appointment was booked over a month ago.
