Some lovely clothes but packed far too tightly on hangers. Hurt my hand trying to dig out size labels and at one rail I just removed the first half dozen or more trousers in order to find the size - plus they were on rails back to front so size labels were all at the back. Infuriating! especially if your hands are already occupied. Teach your staff how to fill rails and to be happy to replenish when needed instead of overfilling. Might find you sell more!

I like to check out what's available in the stores. The outlet at Silverburn never has as much choice as the larger stores in Argyll & Buchanan St. The latter being my fave, the biggest, with more choice. If only they'd a coffee/tea cafe....
