Nice hotel most likely the nicest in this area of Bournemouth - the rooms were decorated sweetly. The toiletries provided were a good brand and the room and suite were very clean. Breakfast had a good array of choice, tasty too. Only issue would be that the tables weren't always clean and wiped before you sat down. However all staff were friendly enough. Have to say I was very impressed with the gym and how it was kitted out- hands down the best hotel gym I've seen and I've stayed at quite a few places that hadn't a stitch on this one. Biggest downside was the spa- although what the facilities had to offer were good the cleanliness of it was a big let down. Plastic cups everywhere, used towels strewn across every sun lounger and chair that had just been left. Dirty floor where shoes had been worn although there were signs that said no shoes? No overshoes anywhere to be found and the spa reception said they had run out- we know this as they gave the last pair to me to look around when I first arrived. Just very disappointing- When we went to use the gym facilities I saw 3 staff on the spa reception just standing around... so no wonder the spa is left in that state if it's not regularly checked. I didn't stay to enjoy any of it. Get it together Hilton. People pay a decent amount of money to use you and your spa was that disgusting it's a hygiene risk.

The hotel was excellent. The room was spacious and comfortable. Staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. Breakfast was splendid, buffet style - although fresh porridge would have been nice. I thoroughly recommend the Hilton at Bournemouth. Be aware that it is situated on a steep hill.

We came for our daughter graduation and decided to stay an extra few days as the weather was so nice. The hotel was amazing. Very clean modern room, the most comfortable bed and the staff were extremely helpful and attentive. This hotel wasn’t the cheapest option but we definitely got 5 star service for the money we paid - you can’t ask for more than that! Thank you Hilton we will be back

Great hotel, well maintained, friendly staff, very close to the beach, great pool, sauna and steam room. Nice breakfast with good variety. The only Downfall was the room AC kept disconnecting although they tried twice to fix it Also, our room was next to private (housekeeping room) so doors kept slamming which was quite annoying!!
