Overall the service and the hotel to me is way OVERPRICE!!!. You can have a nearby hotels for 2/3 price of this one with better service and rooms. Maybe I was unlucky but my reservation was missing and receptionist said: I don't have your reservation! and even didn't try to solve a problem. After a few minutes later, second receptionist found my reservation and blaming me because I did my reservation late. It is not good attitude towards customers! We had room very close to the elevator and accessible room for disabled people maybe is nothing wrong but basin is very low, toilet seat very high. Wasn't comfortable for us using the bathroom like this. I try to change room for standard room (without success), what I booked again receptionist and manager said is nothing wrong with room! It looks like was a problem with us. Air conditioner was making noise every few seconds, problem reported to reception - nobody bother! Positive: - close to the beach - average breakfast - room refurbished - close to the shops and city center Negatives: - price for a night - unpleasant staff (not all of them) - hotel it self is old covered by new carpets, bit of paint in my room single glazed window - very limited car park We never ever come back there....

We had a lovely stay. The room was spacious and clean. We loved the breakfasts as there was plenty of choice. However, we found the dinner menu to be lacking imagination and choice. There was no 'catch of the day' or a variety of meat dishes. We loved being able to swim but again found the facility to be in need of some TLC.

Slightly dated building, but rooms are decorated modern and clean. Staff were excellent especially reception, thank you girls! Within good reach of the beach and town, short taxi ride to the pier (£5 @ 6/09/21) would definitely book again

4/ 5

Initially I would have given this hotel 2.5 stars as we were put in the back of the hotel, in a poking bedroom overlooking the roof tops. There wasnt enough room to lay out our luggage or maneuver, so had to ask for an upgrade. I deliberately paid a lot a money for a good quality room, so should have had one in the first place. The upgraded room was lovely and spacious, which added to an enjoyable stay.. Generally there are some general maintenance work, around the hotel that are required.
