Room was nice and so was reception area. Receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The issue was the food areas; we had booked a table at the bar and grill but the staff were not aware of this so we were sat on bar stools. We had to go up and order our food rather than being waited on, this was not a major issue but it was advertised as a restaurant so we thought waiter service would be available. When the food came my meal was cold, and had no flavour. We later went to order dessert and were told that they were not serving food anymore, as the restaurant was reserved for a party. We thought we would go to our room and get room service instead. This however could only be done through the app as there was no phone in the room, and the app was not working. The sound proofing of the room was not great as we were woken at 6AM by other guests in the corridor. Breakfast was poor as again there was no waiter service. Food options were minimal, and sanitation wasn’t great as there were no utensils to pick up the bread for toasting, you had to use your hands. None of the tables had been cleared for new guests coming to eat, and our table was broken so would wobble every time we tried to eat. Overall not a bad experience but we expected better and it could’ve been with some better organisation.

The room looked good when we came in 1 Double bed and 2 mattresses on the floor mattresses nice and comfy ,pillows hard as rock and uncomfortable. Carpets didn't look clean bathroom looked great. Nice walk in shower door didn't lock. Housekeeping had to be requested which was a bit disappointing. No glasses in the room. Great view out from the window. Good thing about the hotel was the pool. Water was heated and lots of space to swim. Sauna was excellent the temperature was perfect. Nice lobby and welcoming members of staff. No management in the hotel. Breakfast was horrible food was disgusting and to overpriced hardly anything was cooked and not much choice when it’s supposed to be a buffet. Had to complain about it to the desk they gave a refund but couldn’t talk to the manger which was disappointing. It would not be my first choice to come back here but I would consider coming back if the prices were lower. Hotel to overpriced.

I stayed here last week as my flat was having the electrics re-wired. I had the best nights sleep I’ve had for a while. The room was nice and clean and bed super comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Spacious and modern. Full facilities for family needs such as extra cot bed..etc. Attention to details is needed such as cleaning of walls, carpets and corners. Generally very good. Can be loud due to the bar downstairs, our room was on the second floor above the main entrance. I would use again.

I use the gym at the village. Although a tad more expensive than other gyms I've been to it's worth paying just to avoid having to "wait your turn" on some equipment. There is also the use of the pool, sauna and steam room. There is a jacuzzi but at time of writing this it was awaiting repair. Nice friendly staff willing to help. Always a positive experience.
