Lovely people. Accessible bathroom small for friend's wheelchair and bed to high for her so she had to sleep on small sofa with legs on a chair. Once staff removed topper she got in second night but it wasn't easy. Lovely and clean. Nice atmosphere.

Very comfortable accommodations. Attentive staff. Fine breakfast. Close to the center of town. Perfect for tourists. Enjoyed my stay very much.

The staff were pleasant. Not sure what the 5 star food rating comes from as they only do continental breakfast. Our room had a crack in the sink, the hinge on the door was broken and the wood on the bed base was broke. The safe in the wardrobe didn't work. The bar didn't open.

The room was good. Except that the bed was too firm for me, but maybe I'm too soft for the bed! The kettle needed replacing. However, the breakfast experience was superb! There was everything I could have hoped for and the waiting staff were excellent. I would definitely like to stay there again.

Very nice and friendly hotel. Reasonably priced. A bit dated decor everywhere, no lift, but very clean. Walking distance to the city centre or you can get a bus from bus stop just opposite. Very close to the railway station. Breakfast was nice and overall experience quait pleasant. Would stay there again and recommend to anyone.
