After not being registered at a dentist for around 2-3 years, I thought it was about time I got a checkup at Haymarket Dental. I found the registration process simple and reception staff friendly. The practise itself is clean and well lit. Although I didn't need much work done, I did have X-rays taken and scale and polish completed by Dr Anastasia Gravou. She was efficient and helpful in answering my questions, and like the reception staff was friendly/approachable.

I've been with Haymarket dental for a number of years, and until recently I only ever needed to go in for a check up and a polish. Every time I have visited the practice the staff have been really professional and really nice. A few weeks ago however, I had a pretty extreme need for dental work after an unfortunate incident had left me with a fractured front tooth. I went in first thing Monday morning and I was seen very quickly. On assessment it was pretty clear that the best course of treatment was going to be a dental implant. Through a combination of exceptional service and a bit of luck (!) I got a consultation with the implant specialist Andrew Norman pretty much immediately. He laid out my options in such a way that I was able to form a decision with the minimum of stress. I new I was dealing with an expert practitioner and this gave me absolute confidence to proceed with what is a somewhat daunting treatment. The treatment is in phases and I'm about half way to the finish line, although the most complicated part - the implant itself - was done just one week after my initial consultation. There are multiple reasons that I can wholeheartedly recommend Haymarket Dental, but what has impressed me more than anything is their efficiency — or perhaps this is better described as their willingness to be efficient. With Andrew and his colleagues, you are in extremely good hands. It is very clear that they genuinely care about their patients, and they will go above and beyond the call of duty for them. I figure when it comes to eyes and teeth, don't mess around. Make sure you get the very best care.

I recently underwent implant surgery with Dr Andrew Norman and his team, which also included a sinus lift procedure. I can highly commend Dr Norman for the excellent level of care and high quality of the state of the art surgical dentistry I experienced. It is natural for anyone to approach this kind of event with a level of anxiety. However, this was alleviated by the knowledge that I was in the capable hands of a highly skilled, ultimate professional.

I would highly recommened this practice to everyone. They treat patients as individuals, not a number to tick on the daylist. Reception team is always welcoming and very helpfull, especially Nicola and Sharon. I never had a problem with allocating my appointments. Professional advice and treatment provided by Dr Andrew Norman restored what was demaged by my previous dentist. He takes care of patients teeth like they would be his own.

This practice looks the part the interior is lovely and they seem to have the latest equipment and materials available which is good! However. This means nothing when you see instruments being dropped on the floor and put back in a box that is for CLEAN. The nurse going into the second room didn't seem bothered especially as it was obvious I seen it happen! Reception staff are lovely but I don't think I will continue going here after that.

I cannot rate Andrew, and the team at Haymarket Dental highly enough! From my first appointment through to completion of a (long awaited) treatment fixing my front tooth the service has been second to none. From honest advice, transparent pricing and processes to execution and follow-up care - the whole experience has been brilliant! I could not be happier with the final results of my new crown and whiter, healthier, smilier teeth! Have had so many compliments already too. Highly recommend!

I cannot speak highly enough if this dental practice. From the reception staff to the nursing staff and Andrew himself. I was a new patient with a lot of work needing done. Extractions , 2 fillings, a new crown and a new top plate. I was very nervous as I haven’t had good experiences in the past but they all put me at ease very quickly. I have enrolled in their dental plan which has already proved very beneficial. Andrew took his time with me and has done a perfect job with my teeth. Thank you so much. I would recommend this practice to everyone.
