Staff were really nice and my room was recently renovated and I have no complaints about it. Some of the other guests were a bit loud though and I think there should be more rules based around this. Will definitely come back one day

When I was here there was construction work going on in the hostel. The room didn't smell too good and wasn't clean. Beds were uncomfortable. Only stayed for one night. The hostel seemed quite empty. Bar was closed but you could still get a bucket of 6 Coronas for 9£ wich is a fair price. Staff was friendly. I payed 10£ for one night so I can't really complain too much. You get what you pay for I guess. This hostel has potential. I think once they finished renovating it, it will be a nice place to stay.

Its a pity i have to put this but i was unable to make my booking this weekend due to a death in my family, i contacted the property as i didn't want to cancel i wanted to move the booking to a different date as i still wanted to have my trip but have it 2 weeks later due to the death. Pretty much told if i cancel they will charge me and they also couldn't move the booking to a later date. Safe to say i will never book with them again as theirs a hell of a lot more hostels and hotels 10 times better and more understanding.

Cant even give that place a star but cant post this without giving one. booked the room and everything was sweet, Got our key and headed off to our "family room" to find 1 double bed that is apparently "made for 2 adults and a child to easily sleep in". Couldn't even get the pram into the room as the bed was in the way. Overall we got a refund after an hour of arguing with rude staff members and wasted our day out. Never go to this place if you want to be laughed at and mistreated

Hatters is a wonderful hostel with spacious, clean rooms, an ideal central location and lovely, friendly staff. We traveled with a large group and their Group Bookings Department could not have been more helpful! Would definitely stay here again

Great hostel! The decoration is really beautiful and the staff is so helpful! I stayed in a shared room and everything was very tied and cleaned. The bathroom was also shared and it was always impeccable, which unfortunately is not that common. The beds have curtains so that you can get some privacy and block the sun. Really loved the place!

I stayed here for a night and could not have been happier. Its a hostel, but not far off hotel standard room. Was super clean, and the bed was very comfy. The staff were all really friendly and helpful too, not to mention taking social distancing seriously. QStupid me left a personal item behind, and I called to get it sent to me. Luckily, the chap I spoke with, Junior, was super helpful. He's boxed up.mybitem and printed the courier label for me so its ready to go. Hats off to you guys!! Defo recommend, its in a great location and reasonably priced.

The rooms were really clean. Clean white sheets, the hallway was neat. The staff were incredibly nice and professional. I found the hostel safe and calm. The only downside is it did not have breakfast as advertised and lifts were broken.
