Halfords leeds

Ordered a pair of wiper blades online. Just been down to the store. The blades were ready & waiting. The very helpful “Christopher” served me, then came out to the carpark & fitted them (which only took a few seconds!) He was friendly, pleasant & I was very pleased with the service.

Thanks to the Cycle Team for always being so helpful. Great service and customer service. Highly recommended, helped me get my bike back on the road! Thanks again guys!

Your employer Ben (bradford branch foster square)is a credit to Halfords. He was very polite and helpful. My camera had stopped charging he sorted it out and it's working brilliantly again. Thank you.

Really bad I have tried ringing several times its always the case not bothered They do not answer it is quite frustrating it like no ones bothered why have a number to ring

Very unprofessional and poorly manged. Poped in the store around 1pm on a weekday. Only one staff at the till and also on the phone. He made no effort to call his colleagues to help waiting customers. Looking around the entire store, not a single person there to help. Left store without collecting goods.

Just to say I visited the Bradford Store (Foster Retail Park) on a freezing Saturday morning. Met a young man called 'Jordan', working in the cycles section of the store. First time, in a long time, have I met a young man, so polite, receptive, helpful, and well spoken. (Most walk and talk like mini gangsters, with an attitude that says 'I don't really want to be here'.) He genuinely went out of his way to be helpful and offered sound advice. Well done to this man..., hope your manager gives you the recognition you deserve!

Absolutely shocking customer service, all staff were rude. And bike was terrible value for money

Great service and advice from all the staff at the Bradford store. I had a dash cam fitted. My friend had hers done there and recommended them. Good product and reasonable price too.

Poor exchange service on Halfords advanced products . I have tried exchanging a storage drawer for a period of 3 months. I get told to call or check in , and twice been told its in stock come down . I go down and it needs reserving and reordering! This has been going on since October. I run a mobile mechanics business so can't empty my tools and be told its not in stock so then re fill my box and wait again . Also have lost numerous spanners and sockets when going in and waiting for a new stock order of parts . The tools are excellent, and would recommend the advance range but not for a professional who require quick turnaround on replacement tools or boxes . The larger firms may be pricier, but you get your tolls and exchanges immediately. Halfords needs to up their game if their aiming for professionals.

Pleased with the bike . Would have been nice for the build to have been done right in the first instance. Had to take it back into store to have the handle bar console tightened. Would have been nice to get a bit of discount on the accessories I bought seen as I had just bought a bike for nearly a £1000. More staff required in the bike department. Had to wait a good while before being served.
