Nice large store with lots of clothes, shoes, goods for the home and food. Not an awful lot of staff around when you need them although it was a particularly busy day when I visited. The other big problem is a lack of checkouts, everybody seemed to be taking clothing back and there was no set customer services for refunds, people just went to the next till available and when 6 of the 8 tills are doing returns it really slows everything down. Great store with good products just allow yourself a lot of time to get round and through the checkout.

5/ 5

Marks and Spencer is one of the best stores that sells a very good and unique quality cloths and other stuff as well. It is a also a big shame that the prices are very expensive, yes I understand you have to pay more for better quality, but still a bit more expensive. It is a bit annoying that you cannot always afford their prices. Quality wise Marks and Spencer is one of the best if not the best, but also price wise it is one of the most expensive stores. Overall five stars from me.

This is a large Marks and Spencer store which carries a full range of Clothing, Food and Homeware. This store has an in-store bakery and deli along with an espresso bar and cafe. Sadly the cafe and espresso bar can be incredibly difficult to get a seat in during the day. It's a great place to shop and if you can get a seat then a good place for a light bite too!

A bit busy in the food hall as it is very popular. The majority of items are way more expensive than it should be so I guess we are paying for the brand. But then potatoes are the same everywhere are they not? It comes out of the same ground. Even the suppliers are the same as used by other supermarkets. In these times of economic consciousness the consumer may think twice about buying products that has no other distinguishing difference other than the name of the shop they bought it from.

I think I may have lost something at the Owlcotes branch of M&S and I am hoping a member of the public may have found it and handed it to a member of staff. I have now spent 40 mins trying to talk to someone at the branch but unfortunately, despite the advances in technology and communication, it seems there is no way to have my telephone connect to a telephone at the Owlcotes, Pudsey branch of M&S...
