Sent 3 emails to the sales@ email (which is listed on the LEMO website for contact purposes) and did not get a reply. Disappointing as they are a local company to us, instead I am dealing with a more helpful company further afield.

Terrible company to work for. 80% of the staff here are agency workers on 0 hour contracts including myself. They promise you a contract after a 3 months however they do not do this. Many people have been here 1-2 years and are still working for the agency Manpower/people solutions and have still not been offered a contract by farnell. They take advantage of 0 hour contracts and threaten their employees that they will not be given any shifts if they do not meet targets. The management is a shambles on day and night shift. There is definitely favouritism within the workplace and arguably racism in some areas. Not a nice place to work at all.

Good for delivering things they have in stock but an absolute catastrophe when it comes to back orders. Multiple delays and different staff saying different things. Far more frustrating to deal with than I had expected.

One of the worst companies I know. They use employees to the limit for a minimum wage. Arrogant and rude managers. Slave labor camp. Stay away.
