Gave my watch in for repair thinking it would be in safe hands with H Samuel's being an established business.Firstly they said that they would send it off for an 'estimate' and never got any estimate and repaired it instead without my knowledge.Futhermore, to make everything worse they added a few scratches my watch from their repairers equipment I think or through transit.Also, kept making up excuses and giving false information about status of my watch too.Highly highly would not recommend as their aftersale service is shocking.....Will never be shopping here again in my entire future.

This shop is just a name I went last Christmas to pick up a present which was ordered when I got there they didn't have it made me wait 2 more weeks.and just over a week ago I went in bought a gift for my sister I went back to return it had the box the receipt orginal bag and they would not return it the item had not even been taken out the box I will never shop here again avoid at all cost there are better shops than this one by far..
