It was in 2019 me and partner went into the shop to buy my engagement ring I seen a beautiful engagement and wedding ring as a set it was half price for £1000 I also bought a white gold necklace for nearly £200, I recently had them looked at with 2 different jewelers out of curiosity I got told they wasn't worth much at all the chain especially it was just silver and the rings was worth at least £70 pounds, its shocking how you can charge people so much for something that's not even real it's upsetting honestly, you was meant to send us the receipt through email we never got it either!!

If you like your money and want your Jewellery on the day you’ve arranged for it to be in store don’t buy from this tinpot company and go somewhere else Arranged to collect from this store on a Saturday when everything was planned to get engaged went to collect the ring and it wasn’t there so we went over the road to beaver brooks to buy one instead, asked for a refund and they’ve still got our money 4 weeks later and keep fobbing us off with unbelievable excuses if I could give this company minus 5 stars I would. Also the big lass in the shop who couldn’t answer my questions is a waste of time and needs to be retrained in her customer service skills which are none existent

If I would have treated one of my customers the way this company does I’d never get another job. Customer service in branch and on the phone is disgusting and I’m still waiting for a lot of money to be refunded which has so far been 4 weeks and now I’ve been told I have to wait up to another 10 working days after being promised 4 times the money will be refunded The staff in store are rude and couldn’t wait to finish there shift rather than answer a customers questions Do yourself a favour and spend your hard earned money elsewhere
