A bit of an odd one to find if you don't know it's there. I ordered to click and collect and - whether it was a website or store issue I don't know - they didn't have the parts I wanted in stock after the website claimed they did. The chap behind the desk rectified it easily enough, refunded me and even gave me some numbers to call and part details to find it elsewhere. Good experience overall despite the overarching company website.
