This is the first time I’ve ever had a delivery from Asda and I won’t be having another one! The delivery guy was lovely and it’s not his fault, however they turn up with plastic boxes full of your produce not in bags and expect you to empty them yourself! I have arthritis and struggle with kneeling and bending and also struggle with my hands but felt I had to rush as I didn’t want to hold the delivery man up, baring in mind the delivery service has taken off due to the pandemic is it not delivering to the vulnerable/elderly? How are they expected to empty the boxes down at floor level ?

I used to go there for years! Well now I go to morrisons but ASDA supercentre is a really good supercentre! Always good stock! Lots of items to choose from and more! I think I went there since 2017, 2018 to around 2020! so 3 - 2 years I think!

Really gone down hill! Got there at 11:50 to be told i couldn’t come in because they were closed when they don’t close till midnight, so i said that’s fine i’ll go elsewhere to then be told i can come in if i’m only getting one thing. No thanks, would rather shop elsewhere if staff are going to be rude about people coming in 10 mins before they close. I was actually coming in for 1 thing but if it means waiting till tomorrow to get it i would rather go elsewhere! Why advertise that you’re open till midnight if you’re actually open till 11:50? Should have stuck to tesco’s! Won’t be returning anytime soon! Very Poor!
