It’s alright but kind of annoying that i come on time to my appointment but the doctor doesn’t. The fact I have to wait an extra 10-20 mins for him to come and set up... the receptionist comes across as blunt and rude... Overall support from the doctor (Dr Y) has been supportive, would be nice to see him as a more punctual person...

The receptionist are just very very horrible at this surgery as if they are non-human. It a poor reflection of the Doctors at this practice for employing such moody, cruel and rude receptionist that have the ability to depress. Why work in a Doctors surgery as a Receptionist if people are to be viewed as a constant problem? In addition, the receptionist all look untidy with unwashed hair.

I wanted to thank Doctor Shah for the super fast and professional face to face visit I had this week. With all that is going on with Covid, I called the surgery in the morning at 8am for an appointment. I was triage and within minute a phone appointment was made. Doctor Shah called me back and again decided she wanted to see me face to face. An appointment was made to see me the next day. I was further surprised to receive a call at 7pm in the evening from doctor Shah to let me know she had ordered my medication and how to use it. FANTASTIC doctor care, well done. I would like to add, there is a fairly new receptionist, again another efficient member of staff. Thank you for you are doing.

Had a very good phone consultation with Dr Singh. However, the call was booked for 10.10am but I wasn't called until after 11am. Had made sure that I was free from work and somewhere where I had a decent phone signal so, this wasn't really convenient. I tried calling the surgery 4 times and nobody answered and there was no option to leave a message.

After a month trying to get an appointment, finally I get one only to be told that there's not enough time to check some symptoms because I've had my ten minutes. Was told to book another appointment for the rest. Please note, there wasn't anyone after me, the centre was empty, why make me come back again when I was already there? It would have taken no more than 5 minutes and it would not have caused delays for anyone. Really annoyed, that's not the best way to treat your patients, especially one who tries not to bother you with every little thing (haven't seen you in 3 years), I don't think asking for a proper and complete visit is too much to ask.

If I could give 0 stars to this GP practice I would. I don’t know if it’s because they’re underpaid or understaffed but I dread the times I have to call them or visit them. The nurses/secretaries are SO RUDE, you end up feeling anxious besides already feeling sick. They’re cold people and unhelpful and honestly I imagine you can die in front of them and they would not care. You want to book an appointment? They NEVER do it. You have to call at 8am every day which is not possible for majority of us that are on our way to work. Honestly if you are able to go a bit further away for another GP practice, do it. Unfortunately I do not have that luck….
