I'm about to move away so will sadly soon need to register with another more local Dr, I have been with Queens Avenue for a few years and have always had a fantastic service, the GP's have always been extremely thorough and I've always been seen quickly, usually the same day. This surgery reminds me of the old style small family practice I used to attend as a child, where your face is remembered and there is time taken to help as best as they can. People complaining should remember that the service is free, staff and resourses are stretched to the max and the service can only do it's best to see as many people as they can.

'Eve' is the receptionist that everyone is talking about in the comments. She takes pleasure in attempting to undermine people. Declines to answer even the most basic questions. Offers zero accountability or responsibility for even the most basic of patient's needs. Wants to give herself some kind of feeling of power over people for no apparent reason. Eve's self-worth must really be at an extreme low for her to even consider to treat people this way. There is no way that Queens Avenue Surgery can ever be a healthy, healing environment with Eve - Muswell Hill's malignant sociopath festering in the reception. Eve transforms what could be a respectable surgery into an absolute cesspool. Avoid at all costs!!
