Great system. Availability was excellent and able to see someone when you want. Despite the initial confusion of the location, it was easy to find (immediate doors to right of the Barrowboy and Banker pub - second floor). Promptly seen and great service throughout. Thank you LDC!

My first impression was good but it faded away quickly. I was referred for a scan. I did the scan the next workday and I was told I should hear back from GP the same day or to call GP the next day if didn't hear back. I called LDC the next day and was told that I should receive an email during the day (didn't happen!) and if I want to discuss my results with the doctor I need to reply to that email. Unfortunately, it took almost 48 hours for GP to send an email with just one sentence in it. No explanation, no advice... So as I was advised by phone the day before I replied to that email... Never received a call back. A week later after chasing LDC by phone I received another email with advice to stop antibiotics after 5 days and book another appointment if my symptoms persist. The only problem here - I already finished the prescribed antibiotic course a week ago!!! Seriously? My advice: Maybe next time before you send "very useful" advice please check when medicine was prescribed... So maybe it's a great "quick in, quick out" service but not in my case.

Awful awful service. They clearly just want to take your money. I had an appointment on Tuesday at the London bridge clinic, was 10 minutes late due to issues with the tube, so they told me i was too late and had to be rescheduled. Fair enough, I understand. Came back on thursday, my appointment was at 9.30 and I arrived at 9.35. They made me wait 10 minutes, previous patient came out at 9.40 but they made me wait again just to say they could not see me because I was 10 minutes late (which was a lie)! I pointed out the doctor wasn’t free when I arrived and they said she saw a patient only because I was late. Small details, appointments last 15 minutes and the patient came out at 9.40, meaning he went in at 9.25! And i was not late at 9.25! They over book to take more money and then blame it on patients when they can t see everyone. You can’t play with people health. Absolutely awful!

Shockingly amateur. Complete chaos and incompetence in accepting a booking, taking the money then saying that it could not happen. Keeping me waiting for an absurd amount of time while on international roaming rates and letting me down at the last minute causing me significant stress about a serious health issue which could easily have been solved through the booked session. Then, when I had asked specifically to notify me when they had made the credit which I was assured would be the following day - neither credit nor notification. Perhaps whoever from the organisation looks at these things could at least have the decency to process the credit quickly, which still leaves me out of pocket for the 10 minutes on hold on an international call. I would give zero if I can. The service doesn’t not worth the amount I paid. And the doctor was not helping, giving me the basic coughing syrup which I get easily get one on the street, I went to the doctor on Wednesday, it’s Saturday now and I am not getting any better. They promised to send the medicines to my house however they notify me they can’t make it. However it takes ages for them to change my prescription, still they didn’t change it. Can’t believe how poor the service it is. I have requested the refund still haven’t heard anything. Poor management and communication I would not recommend at all.
