Very rude receptionist, no appointments available and phone line always engaged. Absolutely no care for the patients. This GP needs massive review and we should all complain to head of medical. I had to give 1 star because 0 star wasn't available.

If I could give this place 0 stars I truly would. AVOID this GP at all costs even if it is the last resort. Incompetent staff who do not know anything and give out wrong information. I have wasted a lot of time going to appointments they had arranged only to be sent away. Not to mention the staff are rude and unhelpful. You guys need to quit if you hate your job so much and stop making people feel how miserable you are.

Worst GP EVER. GP service open but NO GP. This is the second time I’ve needed to speak to my GP regarding my very sick disabled father and there’s no GP in. What is the surgery open for then? A receptionist who have no care about the situation or the people they are speaking too. DO NOT REGISTER HERE. Will be contacting NHS ENGLAND to complain.

Rude receptionist. I have asthma and we are in a pandemic and they don't consider this an emergency for me to get my medicine. I have run out of my medicine from last week but I am told that I need to write a letter (by pen and paper lol) to make an appointment which doesn't make sense - what century are we in?!

This GP has been my family Doctor for decades. I love this place, and whenever me or my family members are not well, this is the first place we go to. The doctors here go the extra mile to help you, especially Dr Balachandran himself. Dr Balachandran is the definition of “not all heroes wear cape”. Thank you sir. The only problem I have here is the receptionists. Their quite rude and very intimidating, especially that blonde women.
