Called twice about canceling a membership. First person I spoke to was clearly new and had no idea what she was talking about an advised me of the wrong thing saying my membership will be canceled by end of month was then continued to get charged after the month. To then have to call back again and be advised by ANOTHER staff member that I needed to give 30 days notice and there would only be 1 more payment and it would be cancelled. I was under the impression the payment was taken but I was still continued to be charged. Was then called by debit collectors to which I then had to call them back to be advised by a very blunt staff member that it basically wasn’t her problem and basically implied that I was lying about my first phone call to cancel and I should just pay the money. Completely disgusted in how I’ve been treated and wish I never wasted money there .
