Absolutely fantastic service. Really friendly people, fast service. Picked up my necklace today that they beautifully fixed for me (you cant tell it has been repaired) it was even cleaned and I was lost for words. I will definitely go back if I ever need jewelry repairs and highly recommend

I first came across this business when I had a winder issue with my vintage rolex.They fixed it on the spot for free! ( donation to greyhound charity box made) I have since been back many times with odd jobs and repairs.I bought the wife a ring for our 25th great price and service.Staff great cant recommend highly enough.

A Huge Let Down Gem-T came highly recommended and I'm sorry to say that they did not live up to the hype. They over quoted a simple job both in terms of time and price. They did not ring when they said they would with the estimate and it was left to us to make contact (after 2 weeks of waiting and wondering). We agreed to the quote on the afternoon of a Friday and cancelled it first thing on the next working day which was a Monday, after having received an independent experts opinion and quote. The item was then delayed in its return, explanations about its whereabouts were hazy and when was finally returned, it was fractured, cut in two and is missing a diamond. It most definitely was not in the state that we dropped it off in , or the state that they led us to believe it was still in - eg that no work could have been undertaken. Massive let down and very shoddy service from Gem T. Am hugely disappointed with them. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone and certainly won't use them in future either.

Repaired my necklace and did a great job and very reasonable price. Lovely staff. Will definitely return soon to get my white gold rings replated.

Great service, great price. Can't believe I have been paying £21 for a few years to have a battery replaced in my watch at White Rose shopping centre. Just had one replaced today at GEM T in Farsley.......£5.95 !!! I won't be visiting the watch repairs at White Rose again. It really does pay to shop local. 👏👏👏
