The receptionists here are lovely and always happy to help (Jane, Angela and Val)! The doctors I have seen have always been lovely too. They always seem very happy to help.
I rang a couple of weeks ago on a Monday afternoon (normally Monday morning is their busiest time) to get an appointment for my son who's hearing is low. This is the 2nd appointment we've needed for us this year and I've managed to easily get appointments on both occasions (we don't usually need appointments as a family that often).
The doctor rang me back and I got an appointment for that day! The GP I saw was so lovely and understanding. She was very thorough and made his referral. I also spoke about other things that were wrong with him that I hadn't spoken about on the phone and she was more than happy to check them over too!
I have not had experiences like the other reviews here from this GP surgery. Just now I have rang and got through to the receptionist Jane. She was lovely and provided me with the email address I asked for, for the surgery. You may have to wait a little while to get through, but they are very busy at the moment. A little understanding goes a long way! I waited about 7 minutes which I don't think is bad at all considering its very busy there. Mornings are going to be longer to wait, but that's because everyone is waiting to get an appointment.
