I have been with this practice for a number of years.I have always found the staff friendly and professional .Angela in particular is always happy to help. I have had excellent treatment from Dr Watkin and Dr Gupta. Overall I'am very happy with the treatment I have received in these very difficult circumstances

The new online appointment system is first class. I rang the surgery and the receptionist sent a link to my mobile phone....i answered a few questions and within 30 minutes Dr Gupta rang me. A good all round experience.

the receptionists are rude and unhelpful. it's impossible to get an appt. literally, even if you call for days until you get through they WILL NOT BOOK YOU AN APPT. They Fob you off by saying the dcotor will call you back in the next 48hrs... I've been waiting four weeks for one of those calls. the only reason I'm not dead due to their lack of care is because of the wonderful staff at the Liverpool Royal. DONT REGISTER HERE. ESPECIALLY IF YOU NEED MENTAL HEALTH SUPPORT.

The receptionists here are lovely and always happy to help (Jane, Angela and Val)! The doctors I have seen have always been lovely too. They always seem very happy to help. I rang a couple of weeks ago on a Monday afternoon (normally Monday morning is their busiest time) to get an appointment for my son who's hearing is low. This is the 2nd appointment we've needed for us this year and I've managed to easily get appointments on both occasions (we don't usually need appointments as a family that often). The doctor rang me back and I got an appointment for that day! The GP I saw was so lovely and understanding. She was very thorough and made his referral. I also spoke about other things that were wrong with him that I hadn't spoken about on the phone and she was more than happy to check them over too! I have not had experiences like the other reviews here from this GP surgery. Just now I have rang and got through to the receptionist Jane. She was lovely and provided me with the email address I asked for, for the surgery. You may have to wait a little while to get through, but they are very busy at the moment. A little understanding goes a long way! I waited about 7 minutes which I don't think is bad at all considering its very busy there. Mornings are going to be longer to wait, but that's because everyone is waiting to get an appointment.

Started using the new appointment system for my mum . Rang practice a lovely lady called Jane sent me a link to book a e consultation …. And literally a few hrs later, Dr Gupta rang me back to discuss my mums issues and medication was sent within the hour and blood tests arranged with follow up next week. Excellent service and the new staff and drs are very attentive and caring . Thank you
