I especially love the no appointment system here, the appointments at every other doctors I've been to get booked out at least a week in advance for old people and children. First come first serve is the fairest way to deal with it!

Ridiculous that you can't book an appointment and that you just go in and get told to sit and wait for hours to be seen. Reception staff very snotty or are on thier mobile phones showing colleagues pictures of where their family have been on holiday whilst you're waiting to speak to someone.

The doctors here are wonderful. They listen and hear. Dr Barnett and Dr Tait particularly have kept me upright this year. Could not ask for better. The reception staff are also wonderful, very friendly and helpful. Love the NHS

The appointment system at this surgery is ridiculous, as you can’t actually make an appointment you just have to arrive and put your name on a list and wait. You can wait for up to 3 hours and doesn’t seem a great way to get patients seen. Another thing I have noticed is that although doctors are supposed to start surgery at 9am, a few of them can be seen dashing in at 910 and running to their consulting rooms. I actually left the surgery today after waiting for over an hour with 15-20 people still ahead of me and 3 doctors available. If you are considering this surgery I’d think again

There are no appoinments, you can't discuss more that 1 subject per visit and you see a different doctor evey time. This is fine if you are fit but if you have multiple health issues this is pretty poor as there is no consistancy or understanding of your problems.

We've only been with the practice a couple of months. We moved as I needed urgent care and wasn't getting anywhere with our last GP. Greenbank have been brilliant, caring, efficient and polite to a fault. I'm being looked after by a great team and by Aintree staff too, but the Greenbank team have been brilliat. It's amazing that they have all been able to help me so quickly under such strained circumstances, it has taken so much worry off us!

The doctors, nurse and all of the reception staff are amazing....they are NEVER rude. I have attended this surgery for many years and have only experienced good. No appointment neccessary, turn up and you will be seen that day. If you arrive early or later on, the wait is a short one. At peak hours it can be a wait in there...but the waiting room provides magazines, a tv, childrens toys etc. I recommend it to everyone. 5*****
