I've been coming to this store for years and the staff are always friendly and helpful. Yesterday was another example of this, I was served by Will who was lovely. It's well worth visiting for the cheap prices and brilliant staff.

Game need to invest in better training for staff. A black haired female staff member needs to learn some manners and how to deal with customers. Spoke to me condescendingly and was rude when I was quiet and calm in trying to get an issue resolved. Been a customer for 15 years and will not be ever shopping with you again.

Sam was a lovely sales assistant and the store was clean and bright. Don't often shop at game as I buy most things digitally but I had a nice experience overall!

If you buy a game that comes with any extras like collectors editions you have to ask for them otherwise they'll just try and fob you off with the games. Some games cheaper new than used?? Friendly knowledgeable staff unless you have a problem then they turn on you like a cornered animal

Worst place to put game store in as you have to walk through the shoes and shirt section then up the escalator then through all the clothes again which is a really a big hassle, also the nintendo game section is literally at the que so I can't browse the game without being awkward. It just put me off going in there again.
