Brilliant service, as always. Andrew, the owner of this independent audio shop must be one of the most knowledgeable, experienced and helpful people in the business. His shop is a wonderland of goodies and his service is second to none. Highly recommended for a wide range of quality audio equipment and excellent, friendly service.

My favourite shop in Yorkshire. The service is second to none and they will not rest until the customer is happy. They are busy of-course so I offered to pick up my fantastic new turntable and set it up myself, but no! They insisted on bringing it over and doing it for me. In doing so other problems were detected in my system and they have been extremely helpful in offering different options to solve and improve. I am bowled over with this lovely turntable I now own, it is absolutely superb and worth every penny I paid for it. If it’s a really decent hi-fi system you want, well, for me, I wouldn’t go anywhere else in Yorkshire. Thank you Audio Republic, you always come through for me, and you just did it again with this, I just can’t thank you enough. I will be in touch again shortly to buy more, as I agree that the speakers need replacing unfortunately.

I was looking to buy a Regar P3 turntable and contacted Andrew at Audio Republic who invited me in to review the kit. Andrew spent nearly an hour telling me all about the turntable and other accessories. I was extremely impressed by his knowledge, enthusiasm and overall customer service. This experience was even more enhanced when Andrew asked whether I would like his colleague Carl to deliver the turntable to my house and set it up free of charge. Carl was equally personable and knowledgeable and spent nearly an hour setting up the turntable and chatting about all things audio and music. Audio Republic offer exceptional customer service and I would highly recommend them.

Having the expert guidance of Karl from Audio Republic was absolutely invaluable when choosing the ideal setup for us. There's no hard sell and he really takes the time to understand what works for you and helps you get the most you can from your budget. We spent about an hour and a half in the shop listening to different setups and I'm so glad we had that opportunity because it allowed us to appreciate the difference in turntable performance and know how much power we needed from the speakers for our space. Karl gave us a very competitive quote for the setup and even came over to set everything up for us. We didn't hesitate in trusting his recommendations and we couldn't be happier with the setup we have. We're now rediscovering all our records and are extremely happy with our investment.

I have been a customer of Andrew’s at the Audio Republic for 10 years and the level of service is second to none. He listens to what you require and offers sound advice on what will provide this within your budget. He allows you to audition, there is no pressure or hard sell and he will even do a home visit to make sure the equipment is right for you. I have lost count of the times he has dropped items off at my house to save me a trip! His prices are competitive and his service does not stop after the sale. He is available to resolve issues if needed and, when you elect to upgrade, he will offer a very generous amount in part exchange your old equipment. I have been purchasing hifi for 40 years but for the past 10 years I haven’t needed to buy from anyone else. In the past, many dealers have been disinterested after the sale and were reluctant to help. I now know that I will be attended to long after my warranties have ended with continued exemplary customer service. I cannot recommend Audio Republic highly enough so give them a go. You will not be disappointed.

I can't recommend these guys enough. I spoke with Andy initially and then Karl who completed the sale/experience. Hands up, I'm a novice at this and only done the usual internet research. Karl went through everything with me and no question was too silly. I purchased the Rega Brio and the B&W 606s and couldn't be happier. Advice and experience is invaluable in my opinion. I think we reached a deal that was fair for everyone and was competitive. I'm a firm believer that you get what you pay for and this hasn't disappointed. I will be returning to these chaps for future advice and purchases. Thanks gents.
