I went to the G & S properties and have made an appointment for viewing. But they never came at the date. So I called and then, they said "Have you made a confirmation?" I couldn't understand at all. What is a confirmation? Even though we talked and decided the date of viewing , do I need a further confirmation? However, I was in a hurry to determine my flat so I made an appointment again, though I didn't want. The result was surprising. They didn't appear again, even though they had sent me a confirmation email for the place, date and day. As I couldn't trust them completely any more, I sought and contacted another agency and that agency was very good. I can't recommend this agency.

Firstly, I put in an offer and the agent took over a week to get back to me - not even a courtesy call to say the owner was taking time to think it over. The offer was turned down so I noted interest and was assured they would keep me informed. Next thing I know it's been sold. Not only did they lie to me and let me down as a potential buyer but they obviously weren't interested in getting the best price for the seller either. I wouldn't touch them with a barge pole for buying or selling!!

Absolutely horrific service. I had contacted the agents over the Xmas period to arrange a viewing for a property, it's now August and we're still no further forward. We were asked to pay half for a home report, after declining to do so we were advised that it had been completed but there was an issue with the valuation of the property. Another two months down the line and we're still being told the same thing. Still no home report. The attitude of the staff leaves a lot to be desired, I have never encountered an estate agent so reluctant to provide information or attempt to sell a property they've had on their books for quite some time. We have had to chase them to get any information. Call backs were promised and never followed through on. Thoroughly disappointed. Really feel for the sellers too, not a service I would be happy paying for. Unfortunately the lowest rating Google allows is one star, I wouldn't have given any if it were possible.
