Firstly, I don't like writing bad reviews, but i feel compelled to write this one so you don't waste your time. I booked to see a commercial property and the first point of contact was fine. I asked the gentlemen to bring a lease agreement and we booked in a viewing. The agent arrives late, no lease agreement (as landlord has not sent one, he said), showed me the property and said he'd email me a lease agreement (Nearly a week later and still haven't received anything.) The agent was not at all enthusiastic and it really doesn't fill me with confidence when there is no enthusiasm. I was asking questions and would get one word answers. Still no contact. I was actually quite keen to get moving but i then thought that if i can't even get a contract signed with these people, the moment i have an actual problem with the unit, they will be nowhere to be seen. Quite disappointed really and its no way to deal with potential clients.

Terrible company. They are not interested in entertaining inquiries, they have a backdoor of investors already in their books who are given the first chance to all properties. Waste of time if you are not part of their system. They do not want to know you!
