Couldn’t be happier with the level of service. Craig had a great knowledge of the area where I was selling and everything was concluded to the highest possible standards. Would definitely recommend.

AVOID at all costs. This company are sly and underhand. I had paid a deposit to hold the property, so was told they would take off the market and stop viewings in meantime until credit check was complete. Then I noticed a few days later after credit check they had put the property back on Rightmove website without telling us and giving us our money back . This company have lack of communication and I had to make contact before any money was eventually paid back. Long and stressful process with them. Would NOT recommend!

They are advertising properties for sale that are actually under offer. Unimpressed

When selling my flat I spoke to a number of different Estate Agencies to find out what options were available to me. I chose to use Scottish Property Centre because, although not the cheapest option, they offered the most comprehensive package. Greg was knowledgeable, professional and personable; he was able to explain the process simply and provided honest advice on the approach to take for the sale. I'm very glad to say that my property sold in less than a week. Throughout the process, the communication by SPC was excellent, they were always available and were even gracious enough to provide advice on a property I was considering buying, which had no benefit to them. I would thoroughly recommend SPC to anyone thinking of selling a property, they made a potentially stressful time (almost) effortless.
