Always well looked after on every visit although it's a shame about the long Rolex waiting list which I am yet to place my name on.

Since my last review 10 month ago I have been disappointed on my last 2 visits. No longer feel welcome even though I have been a loyal and good customer for several years.

Iv been looking for a particular rolex for a while, after calling Fraser Hart York and speaking to Mandy, to my delight they had my watch in stock, a deposit was paid and they allowed me to collect later the next week. Both staff who I dealt with where great, very friendly and knowagable. I am absolutely delighted with my date just it was worth every minute of the 5hr round trip. Thank you for your help and I hope to see you in the future for a submariner. Mike

Fraser Hart is simply the best. The staff are friendly yet professional,they have extensive knowledge & want you buy an item that is completely right for you or as gift for someone. I have been a longstanding customer and will always be! I have bought from them, had repairs done and items altered as well as made to my own specifications. Everything has been excellent & much treasured by me. They are supreme jewellers.
