We had two apartments. Very clean rooms with good facilities. The host was very helpful. Parking can be an issue for disabled people as this location is in the centre of town with very limited street parking. However if you manage to park after 6pm, then it id only £2.00 for the night. Location makes everything around Plymouth sound very accessible.

Amazing location on the doorstep of Plymouth Central. The studio was spotlessly clean with huge bath towels! Everything you could ask for in a hotel. Only downside, the extractor in the ceiling was coated in dust. Apart from that, perfect. Massively recommended.

Avoid unless you want to hear all the leftovers of human society in Plymouth screaming near your window at night, extremely noisy. The studio layout is very poorly planned, no sockets beside the bed, the window has only the rolling blinds, which means that either in day or night you have to be in darkness. The carpets were extremely dirty with some discusting permanent stains.. No free parking available close by. The only positive is the location.

Location is perfect. Next to cinema and shopping complex. Plenty of food options available nearby. Parking slot is available along the street which is payable but inexpensive. The staff is friendly. Elevator is available. Laundry cost 2pounds per round of wash and another 2pounds for the dryer. They are coin operated. The room has kitchen, toilet and of course bed.

We rented 3 apartments to watch my son take part in a charity boxing match. I made a mistake in the booking and needed to swap a room at the last second. The staff could not have been any nicer and were really helpful. Then when we left my son locked his key in his room, again they were super nice. Nothing seemed like too much trouble. The rooms were clean, nicely decorated and really well equipped. Super comfy beds and nice extras like sweets on the towels and free tea, coffee and biscuits. My son has a second boxing match in November and we will stay again! Thank you to your lovely staff for taking such good care of us.

Very convenient location and the accommodations were clean and comfortable. Unfortunately our fire alarm went off, we were not advised why and if it was safe to go back in the building. No explanation was received, we just followed the other guests and returned to our rooms.

Great place to stay for a stopping gap to cornwall only downside it's really noisy at night time. If you shut your window it's less noisy but it's so hot! Just bring a fan! If you can sleep through anything than you will be fine. Clean and well presented though and staff are very efficient and welcoming.
