Amazing service, really made me feel valued. Went in with my Fossil Gen 4 which had an issue with the charging ring, receipt in hand, walked out with a replacement in under 10 minutes - now that's what you call good service! The young lady and fella at the tills were really helpful and understanding and were quick to sole my problem :) Much appreciated!
