This practice is absolutely appalling. Shocking history of completely careless treatment. They need to be investigated for malpractice and negligence- it wouldn’t surprise me if they were responsible for deaths. They have a terrible reputation amongst local health care professionals, and constantly and consistently fail standards of even common decency.

One of the worst GP in Hounslow All of the dr are useless. Had an appointment for my daughter as she had a temperature for 2 weeks wasn't eating or drinking had really bad cough and one of the dr told me to leave the surgery just because my daughter was coughing . As I refused to go and they told me to wait in a separate room as the dr came she didn't even check her properly.they just wanted me to go from the GP. Absolutely disgusted non professional dr .

I thought I'd eventually found a brilliant doctor when I registered with this practice when their building/practice was based just off Lampton Road, felt really comfortable. When it moved to the Blenheim Centre, in my opinion the level of service declined enormously and really did not want to go to visit the Dr or associated "support" from nurses as time went by, I could go into detail about a few experiences but inappropriate via this method of communication, so was extremely put off about going there. I was sent a letter stating I was now out of their catchment area and basically they are no longer my practice, which I found extremely surprising as I had not notified anyone there that I moved address, in addition this was in the middle of Covid, so I felt this was totally inappropriate and unsupported. Although, a definite blessing in disguise as I have moved to another practice that seems very caring.
