he Most Talented Expert , Lottie ! It was one of the Best Experience. The outstanding level of service provided by the most talented Lottie . I was extremely and remain most impressed with her knowledge and expertise with colours and harmony . I spent several hours at this showroom and worked on my upcoming project in Normandy and shared a visual tour . Lottie assisted in creating an exquisite palette for our property . She is truly gifted ! It is rare to find this level of both service and expertise . Farrow and Ball are extremely fortunate to have her on their team. The showroom was consistently busy and not once did I feel rushed or neglected. This was not my experience at the Paris St Germain de Pres . Lottie managed the showroom and customers most efficiently, prioritizing accordingly. The organization of any business begins with excellent leadership. Thomas , the showroom manager at the Chelsea Location is a true exemplary of Service Excellence / Leadership! I look forward to working on our upcoming project with this team ! Thank you.

Outstanding paint and service from staff here! Went out of their way to find, mix and order what I asked for today and complimentary delivery coming in the morning tomorrow! Called me back after a delivery and honestly couldn't ask for more. Highly recommend! Thank you so much F&B Chelsea!

The paint I bought on Tuesday, August 3rd, 2021, had been mixed in the shop within 10 min. The price for 2.5 l exceeded all my expectations as well as the low quality of the manually mixed White Tie Matt paint which I found too liquid to paint the walls.
