F.Hinds the Jewellers leeds

I visited F.Hinds Bradford with my partner to look at engagement rings and we wasn't disappointed. The staff were lovely and really went above and beyond ordinary levels of service to make sure that we got an engagement ring fit for a princess. Becky (store manager) made us feel relaxed and under no obligation to buy anything but at the same time she showcased the exceptional quality of jewellery that the store had to offer. After an hour of trying various rings we did find an absolutely beautiful platinum and diamond engagement ring that my partner adores. So a big thank you F.Hinds for all your help and look out for us in the near future to look for wedding rings! Gareth & Danielle x

10/10 service , extremely happy with my experience at the Bradford branch , I was served by Jay and Saima , was having a big crisis with a ring size and needing it for a certain day and they were able to give me exactly what I needed.

I initially went to Ramsdens to get a quote for some gold I wanted to get rid of. The staff at Ramsdens were ignorant, rude and tried to scam me so I went to Hinds to see what they had to offer for my gold. I got treated with respect and courtesy and what they offered me for my gold was hella more than Ramsdens upstairs. Hinds customer service is great and I would recommend anyone to give them a try, rather than get ripped of and treated with disrespect by Ramsdens upstairs.

I went there to fix my watch last week there was a pin missing from the wristband and i asked to a lady worker ( Blond sounded Russian or polish with her accent ) how much would it be for the pin and she told me 5£ i asked her for discount as it is only a pin which was missing she told me no the price are fixed and we are high quality jewelers, fair enough, meanwhile she was charging me a man with his lady walking inside looking to their jewels talking on the phone (NOT LOUD) and the lady worker who was charging me told him te go outside or not talk on the phone and the guy got angry walked away ( could be gained customer ) i was happy until she talked to the man in a bad manner, i told her she did wrong and i thought by my self that if you are so high quality jewelers you should know how to respect and talk with education with your clients. Im not doubting to give 1 star to them because of this lady. i hope that they improve their service ( Workers with education ) in the future. Maybe 1 day i will just enter the shop to check if they improved their service.

Excellent customer service, today no exception, they had exactly what I was looking for. The lady who served me knew her subject, not at all pushy and is a great asset to this business.

Very lovely staff with amazing customer service. I came to ask for advice after one of my earrings broke in my very clumsy hands... lovely girl serving me walked me trough the process of sending my earrings back for evaluation and the process of repair. In 3 weeks I will have my earrings back.
