Staff wonderful! Got car and returned same guy tonight. Saved me finding parking overnight. Second time renting from this location and he was great both times. Much appreciated!

Had to pick up a car from here the car was OK on the outside but the inside was a absolutely disgusting

I hire car's from here fairly regularly and it's my go-to for this area as it's much more professionally run than the Hertz round the corner. The staff are friendly and professional and don't rush you for things like checking the car before and after renting. I know some reviews on here mention extra charges on vehicle return - make sure you cover all the vehicle and take photos. Every car hire place does this! The only thing I would say about this place is registration is slow whilst they copy your details and the online check in doesn't work.

Poor service with rude staff Aaron mainly who change's the rules to suit himself and will tell you to "chill" when you question/pull him up on something. I am still awaiting a response to my query and still to do this date after nearly 2 months on from my hire date they are still removing unauthorized monies from my account. my advice would be to use another hire company as i am now £300.00 down and getting nowhere with a response. So overall an expensive £500.00 + hire car with horrendous service.

Rented car here few times already. Friendly staff, quick pick up and problem free drop off! Rental is walking distance from the city centre.

Really super service. It was easy to book the car and it even turned up early on the day of delivery. The chap was friendly and the process was hassle free. It is a gorgeous little car. Thanks Europcar! :-)

Nice staff . The van was good to drive but it had no windscreen wash and so the windscreen wipers just didn't do anything to clear the smeared screen :(

I booked a van for Fri-Sat with delivery and collection as I don’t have my own vehicle and needed to move house. Delivery was on time and the guy was friendly, seemed like a good start. Then at time for collection on Saturday nobody showed up. I waited on the street for half an hour, nothing. I called them and was told the office I rented from was closed and they wouldn’t be coming, then come on Monday instead. I don’t live near the collection location anymore, I had to leave the van there as I can’t park at my new house. I have no way of getting back to the van, but somehow am expected to go and wait for someone to show up… phone service was extremely unhelpful, I’m told the website shouldn’t have allowed me to book collection on a Saturday afternoon, like it’s my problem now… There’s no voicemail service to leave a message at the local office, I’ve obviously paid for a whole weekend of hire when I only needed one day, it’s ridiculous. Avoid the delivery/collection service it’s more stressful, or better yet avoid Europcar completely and go with Enterprise, never had any problems with Enterprise over the years!

Collected my car and was 30 min late. When staff was ready with attending a customer they told me my booked car was gone and I had to get an upgrade. As I was in hurry to get to the airport for collecting my girlfriend I hesitantly agreed. In hindsight they weren't transparent in terms of my rights, where in the Terms and Conditions is stated what the allotted grace period is for collection and what my options are. I felt mis treated and won't go back to this office. Too bad as previous experience with Europcar in other location has been great.

I would highly recommend Europcar! The salesperson we worked with was very kind and extremely helpful, as he was able to find us a 7-person automatic on late notice. We were very grateful for his help and all went smoothly from start to finish!
