Pricey compared with other providers. Good service should own more branches on sundays

Car was booked from my workplace. Arrived and was greeted by a professional and kind person that had only been working at the company for a month I think she said. Overall very pleased especially because i was allowed to park my own car GT86 into their garage over night as I was a little nervous I'd come back to a car without wheels or any other aftermarket parts I had installed. Anyways, all of that was absolutely great though this morning when handing the car back I was greeted by a miserable worker that didn't even want to serve me and waited until another customer came in. Was then served after by another worker. Was pretty annoyed about that as it was so pleasant previously. It's business, play the game.

I booked a car a month ago. I received a call a month before the hire date and they said the car is booked and ready to collect on the day. One day before the hire day I get another call. They said the car is ready and I have to pay deposit via credit card. I have never owed a credit card, I asked if they can take deposit using my debit card and they said no. I was very dissapointed because they should have told me that I will need a credit card for the deposit. They took advance payment for the car via debit card so why not take deposit from there. Other hire company don't take two separate card to hire.. In the end I had to cancel and delay my trip till I found another car. For a big company like enterprise who have a complicated hire system. I was not happy.

Manager was extremely rude, and took personal offense when I asked about the cab they called for us which was around 20 minutes late, causing us to miss our train. She has no business being in customer service if she can't handle a simple question.

Booked at last minute, by phone. Staff very accomodating and friendly. Weren't able to refuel car, as no diesel at local pumps, but enterprise were fine about it, agreed to charge us for what we had used at a fair price. Great experience from start to finish. Would definitely use again. Recommend.

I'm usually too lazy to write reviews, but I had an excellent experience at this Enterprise location. The car was well-maintained and clean. I especially appreciated Saladin, who did a five star job organizing the rental paperwork, walking us through the check-out, and getting us on the road. My only critique would be the car was less than 1/4 tank when I picked it up. I would definitely rent here again when I'm in Oxford. Thanks, Saladin and team.

Great service but you pay quite highly for any extras of Insurance etc.

Worst enterprise spot ever. The car I was given had an airbag issue so came back to get the car swapped. They had no like for like replacement options, on top of that I had to wait hours for the issue to be sorted out. They eventually got me a replacement from nearby enterprise and said car will be here in 15 mins, it’s been more than half and hour and no sign of the replacement car and no one had the courtesy to let me know we had a delay. If I had no pressing need for a car for my trip I would have cancelled and booked with an alternate option. Come to this spot with limited to no expectations.
