All this agent is interested in is taking money.tried speaking to them but they never callback and they take weeks to reply email. Stay clear of this company.i spoke to owner Kam once who is very disrespectful and shouted at me and wouldn’t return my money.since then still not got money owed to me.

My experience with the staff was not good at all. I carried an out of hours callouts in one of their properties more than 8 months ago. Despite my efforts to resolve this and the many phone calls, they haven't even bothered to call me back. They are very hard to deal with !

I approached Ellie and Co. Wembley office for renting a property nearby Preston road. When I moved in the house, I found the house was not at all in a great shape 1. There were nails and allen keys lying on the floor 2. The carpet was not cleaned 3. The hinges of the cupboards were loose and I had to remove the doors of the cupboards to prevent an accident 4. The Drawers were not cleaned 5. Boiler was not working 6. Microwave was missing 7. Fridge was not working I expected Ellis and Co. to do these checks before I moved in. I had to take 2 days of leave to clear off this mess and was very disappointed with their service. When I informed the staff of Ellis and Co., they were not ready to accept their mistake. It was projected as if I had done something wrong!! The worst came when I decided to move out after 6 months due to my commitments. I was told to professionally clean the house before I left. I told them it was not professionally cleaned before I moved in. But the Ellis and Co. staff was adamant and not ready to listen at all. A deduction of 100 pounds was made and deposit was returned to me after one month! The house was in a much better shape than when I moved in. I made sure everything was in absolutely clean before I left. Unnecessarily, 100 pounds was deducted from my deposit and it was not at all fair. It was informed to the landlord that the house was in a terrible shape. I was surprised by his comment when I talked to the landlord. Some of the staff at Ellis and Co. are extremely rude. I do not want to take names here since it would affect the career of that person. I had an impression that Ellis and Co. staff communicates wrong information to the landlord just for the sake of deducting some amount from the deposit. Overall extremely unsatisfactory and unprofessional service.

This property agent is absolutely not taking care of tenant they only care the landlord I’m there tenant since 2013 and have problem with boiler the property managing by them every tow or three months time I have problem with boiler so I call them that I have no hot water they take long to send engineer and once engineer comes he says that he told the property agent they should Chang it is very old model and been used a lot but they don’t lesson.the engineer fix for temporarily after again gives problem but this time now it’s tow week I’m out of hot water the agent says that landlord wants to have cute from difronte companies to have cheep one and he is only changing the part not all boiler I’m still suffering
