It’s highly experienced founders are hands on and involved in the day to day running, ensuring standards are kept to the highest level as the sword falls on us. Our goal is not confined to simply selling or letting a property. Nick Karamanlis NAEA

Founder and Co-Owner

Nick is a family man that has been working in the East End and Essex housing market for close to 20 years. He has worked his way to the top of some of the biggest agencies in the area and has even tasted the “hybrid” model. His experience of both traditional and modern agencies gave him the confidence to start Elliot Leigh Residential, knowing he is one of a few in the industry with such an insight. Combining modern technology with good old-fashioned communication and values mean Nick will be very dynamic in his ideas. His transparent, honest and straight-talking approach along with his attention to detail has led to his success, repeat business and following.

Sam Smith

Sam is a disciplined and trust-worthy individual who played for Tottenham Hotspur Football club from the age of 7 – 18. Sam resides in Woodford Green yet has great experience and knowledge both selling and letting in East London and the City fringes. He will go out of his way to help and has a passion for the property industry with a thirst for learning. He is currently studying for is NAEA qualifications.
