I couldn't recommend Liz enough. I arrived with Liz, run down and getting colds and bugs every 4-6 weeks. I've now had reflexology with her regularly for 12 months and had just 1 cold, simply unheard of for me! Each session is so relaxing and lovely, I highly recommend Liz's wonderful treatments.

I first met Liz through baby massage with my son and later started to visit her myself for reflexology, 11 years later I still use her products and happily recommended her to family and friends. I cannot recommend Liz highly enough.

Absolutely adore Liz, her treatments are fantastic. I get reflexology and facials, both of which I come out of feeling euphoric. She also does reiki and Hopi ear candling which I haven't had time to try yet. I never feel rushed out even when Liz is very busy. She also has her own range of lovely skincare which she makes all herself, the rose and geranium facial toner is my favourite. Would recommend to absolutely anyone.
